Trew and Chloe’s wedding day was my first experience shooting a wedding at The Barn at Smith Lake and let me tell ya, there is no other wedding venue like this one! Trew + Chloe first met on Smith Lake, Trew proposed on the lake, and they spend a lot of their time on the water so it only made sense for them to get married at The Barn on Smith Lake right?

Honestly everything about this day was so special, from Trew’s first look with his mom to Chloe’s dad’s tie being wrapped around her bouquet. It was a very hot day in June but I was so impressed with how much their family and friends just went along for the ride, they all just had so much support for the happy couple. 🙂 Most of the day the girls were singing and dancing to Shania Twain and the guys were somewhere laughing with a couple beers.

Chloe, Trew, and I spent some time together before the wedding (a couple engagement sessions; see their summer engagement session here) so it really just felt like a close friend’s wedding that I got to be apart of and those are always the best kind!
